My resolution is always to lose weight. I’ve lost 10lbs. Since I didn’t specify how much weight I wanted to lose (though I know how much I need to lose) I guess I accomplished it.

Belief in myself, a boyfriend.

July 10th, my mom’s 50th birthday.

Not yet finding a job. Not feeling comfortable going to the Heart Institute.

Not sure exactly.

Brother #1, people who would destroy the lives of others for their own beliefs.

Stuff. I am the queen of stuff acquisition.

i. happier or sadder? sadder but I’m not really sad. I just am not in the throes of a crush as I was, or reliving Jov’s new year’s party as I was last year.

iii. richer or poorer? richer
18.What do you wish you’d done more of?
Exercised, eaten more fruits/veggies, read the bible, brushed my teeth at night, invited people over to my house, smiled, given thanks for/appreciated all the good that happened/all the bad that didn’t, job hunted.
19.What do you wish you’d done less of?
Been grumpy practically every morning just because, eaten skittles/starburst, slept in.
20.How did you spend Christmas?
With my family.

No, though there was one close call.

I don’t have one. I’m not really a television person.

Life of Pi

I don’t think I made one. I got to see Sarah MacLachlan live, which was amazing.

My biochemistry degree.

Maybe I don’t recall it but there were no movies that I saw in 2004 that really touched me.
30.What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
I turned 25 in June and I had a really great celebration. I invited friends from different circles to my party and it was a success. We had dinner at the Blue Cactus Bar and Grill, my favourite restaurant, then headed to a club for some dancing.
31.What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
If I had gotten to my goal weight range. If I had gotten a job in my field.
32.How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2004?
Casual chic, which really sounds better than it is. Pretty low maintenance oufits that are very easy to pull together.
33.What kept you sane?
Sleeping, blogging, my walks to Curves.

I’m not a celeb fancier.

You have to love yourself even in your imperfection otherwise you won’t love yourself when you’re “perfect”.
