Randomly speaking

If you’re trying to figure out what you should be doing, allow me to give you a few suggestions:

  • Go to the Naija Blogger Awards site and vote for your Category A nominations! You have only two more days to do so (and even less time than that if you’re in the UK or in Nigeria!)
  • Go and congratulate YNC on her recent engagement(!!!), and marvel at what an adorable couple she and her fiancé make.

Did anyone else follow the reality tv show The Bachelor this season (where Jason Mesnick was the bachelor)? Anyone else wondering why he had to break Melissa’s heart on national television? I don’t even know what to say.

Anne of Jewellery by Anne has selected the winner of the jewellery, and I can’t wait to announce it this Friday March 6.

I need to do an update on my unimpressive efforts to accomplish those February goals! Some of you seemed to think I’d have no trouble getting everything done; one or two even implied that the list wasn’t challenging enough! Wait until you see how I did!

Finally, I am dying to update my blog site and really change the layout and colours and organization, but I’m one of those people who wants to do it myself rather than picking a lovely template. This means that anything I want to implement takes ages, if it ever gets done at all, because my knowledge of php and css is really really low. I think this form of stubborness and determination is actually wasted, and I should save it for something more worthwhile, but it’s going to take a while for me to communicate it clearly to my head.

  1. i dont watch the bachelor(kinda hate reality shows) but i hrd about the TV break up…the guy is mean!

GNG is it possible to do ojoro and let me win the jewelry even though i didnt enter?

  2. LOLZ @ yr "unimpressive efforts" per the February goals — Maybe the key is the desire to make a change and the effort you put in to acheive them rather than the goals themselves…

  3. They say the end determines the means.. So if you meet your goals in february or march.. Shouldn't count so much as long as they get met.. Right..?!

  4. i did nt win anything….crap! anywho, i dnt like the bachelor anymore, wats d point of having the whole show just to end it in a retarded way!

lol sorry ma'am, the winner's been picked. In fact I asked Anne if she'd announce me as winner but the woman rejected my idea :(

Ah, that's along the lines of the saying that it's the journey not the destination abi?

    â–ºAfrobabe

lol um, March goals…I guess I better make some abi? Maybe I'll just include the February goals I didn't accomplish as my March goals.
